By registering to use my graphics you agree to the terms below:

1) As I stated above, I still retain the copyright to this entire collection. 
You MAY NOT alter any of these graphics whatsoever.  They are to be used "AS IS" 
meaning you may not re-color, re-size, add text, make new graphics from them
i.e. awards, banners, webring logos, add them in any collection or call them 
your own. 

2) My graphics  MAY NOT be used for e-cards, in emails, e-tags or sig tags. 
For use on Ebay,  Yahoo or any other auction service, then proper credit must be provided
back to me on each page at: http://shanaleah.freehomepages.com

3)  You agree to protect my graphics by placing a simple "no right click" script on any
pages where my graphics will be displayed.

4) They MAY NOT be posted on message or picture boards. 

5) This collection MAY NOT be sold or reproduced in any manner.

6) Proper credit must always be provided meaning that you agree to place a
link back to my site with any of my logos and/or a text link, on EACH page

7) All Webpage designers must register with Primitive Samplings for EACH website 
my graphics will be used on.

8) My graphics  MAY NOT be used for embroidery designs.  
You MAY NOT make crafts with my designs.

9)  Last but not least...please remember that the graphics you are purchasing are copyright.  
Any alteration or infringement is in violation of the copyright laws 
according to the U.S. Copyright office.
